This debate's been going on for years, but, we're here to finally put an end to it. The best way to do that? Run through and dispel some Myths. Here we go:
Myth #1 - "Coffee is 'Healthier' than Pre-Workout Supplements"
Truth: This one gets tossed out a lot and if you ask anyone who says this, "Why? What makes coffee healthier?" 9 times out of 10 they're going to say, "Because you don't really know what you're putting into your body with the Supplements." Really...? You don't...?
Pretty sure there's an Ingredients List, Nutritional Info, and, oh yeah, Google! Also, unlike coffee, pre-workout supplements have more than just caffeine. They have Beta-Alanine, Creatine, L-Arginine, AND Caffeine.
