Refund & Return Policy

We hope that you love your Soalpha purchase, but if you change your mind on an item, you have 30 days to return it to us. 

So, what can you return for a refund? Read on:

1) Supplements:

As long as there is at least 50% of the product remaining in the bottle, you are eligible for a refund.

2) Apparel:

All apparel must be in new, un-used condition.

3) Fitness:

Fitness products must be in the original un-opened and like-new packaging. Any item that has been opened, used, or has damaged packaging is not eligible for a refund or return. Any fitness item that is returned for a refund, but does not meet the eligibility criteria, will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the customers shipping expense.

Customers are responsible for paying the return postage costs.

  2. Fill out and submit the Return / Refund Request Form

What items are not eligible for a refund? 

1) Digital Downloads:

Gift cards are not eligible for a refund or return.

* If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, please email the support team - we will accept a return / refund for duplicate orders placed in error as long as the item is un-opened. If you placed an order but want to cancel / refund prior to the item being shipped, please contact our support as soon as possible and we will try to cancel and refund the order if it has yet to ship.

Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
