Who is So Alpha Fitness?

So Alpha Fitness is a small business based in Austin, TX dedicated to making great fitness products and apparel. All products ship from several different warehouses strategically located around the U.S.A.  

Is So Alpha a secure site?

All pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks. Our site is hosted by Shopify Inc. (NYSE:SHOP). With a large network of servers placed across the world, we can offer you a secure, robust, and performant ecommerce experience. Our site is also certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, the highest level of security certification. This certification signifies we're in compliance with standards for security policies, technologies and ongoing processes that protect our payment systems from breaches and theft of cardholder data. 

If I order multiple products, do they ship in one package?

Depending on the items ordered, your order may ship in multiple packages.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship in 1-5 Business Days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped along with your tracking number. 

Do you guarantee your products?

Yes, for 30 days after shipment is delivered. Delivery date is determined from tracking. 

Do you offer refunds?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, and in its original, unopened packaging (in the same condition that it was when you received it). Any item that has been used and is not in the original, unopened packaging can not be returned for a refund.

You’re responsible for paying the return postage costs. 

When we receive your item we’ll inspect it (checking that it is unused as outlined above), and then send you an email confirming the refund.

Any item that is returned to us that is not unused and in unopened packaging will be returned to you at your shipping expense.
